Home for a Growing Family
A cramped kitchen and dead end circulation were key concerns for the homeowners, who loved their neighborhood and wanted to make their house work.
We proposed a small addition to provide a larger kitchen, a mud room, and a full bath. A new passage between kitchen and den eliminates the dead end. We recommended switching den and dining room so that dining would be near a large bay window that enjoys late afternoon sunlight.
